Merchandise Return Policy In-store and Online: 

Merchandise may be exchanged within 10 days for store credit only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Items need to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.  Store credits are non-transferrable.


Sale merchandise, Leather/Suede, Jewelry and Special orders are final sale.


Shipping and Delivery:

For security reasons, purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. It is not possible to ship to an alternative address once items have been dispatched. All purchases are shipped UPS. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or to addresses that are not available through UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We can only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

Changes & Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel or modify your order please send an email to as soon as possible. will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.


Additional Information:

All exchanged merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and have all tags attached. Shoes must include the original box in its original condition.


The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. You may use the original packaging, but make sure to black out any shipping labels or other information on your return package.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Merchandise must be insured for the full retail price. Please handle and return with care to ensure contents are not damaged during transit.

Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries. In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California.


Price adjustments:

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date will adjust the price of an item - once. Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

Policy Requirements:
